Product Background Story

Easdry, the second-generation 3D printing filament dryer of EIBOS, began development in June 2021. This decision stems from the fact that after we released the first-generation product CYCLOPES, we found that the market had an urgent need for a filament dryer that was easy to operate and convenient. Therefore, Easdry is positioned to be the best filament dryer that is easy to operate, suitable for various filament types and diameters, and affordable. Based on CYCLOPES, we optimized the user interaction and replaced the original buttons with a rotary button that matches the material, so that whether using PLA, ABS, PETG, PC, PA or TPU, a perfect drying effect can be achieved. In addition, we have added two spaces specifically for desiccant, which further enhances the drying capacity of the filament and fully prepares users for future printing. After rigorous testing, Easdry was successfully completed and officially launched to the market in October 2021, and has been widely praised and recognized.

Hot air circulation heating system

The efficient circulation of hot air ensures uniform heating, ensuring that the environment inside the box is always dry, thus effectively preventing the material from getting damp and performance degradation. This process not only ensures the stability of the filament quality, but also improves the printing effect, extends the service life of the material, and ensures that every print can reach the best state.

Simple operation

The main filament types are marked to facilitate users to quickly identify and select the right material. You can easily adjust the heating temperature within the range of 40-65℃ by simply turning the knob. This design can flexibly meet the needs of different filaments, ensuring that each material is heated at the optimal temperature to maximize its performance and printing effect. At the same time, the intuitive temperature setting makes the operation easier and improves work efficiency.

The device is equipped with an independent humidity sensor with a wide measurement range, which can accurately monitor from 10% to 99%. Real-time data is intuitively displayed through a clear LCD display, allowing you to keep abreast of changes in environmental humidity. This function effectively avoids print quality problems caused by humidity fluctuations and ensures that the material is always in the best condition. Through continuous monitoring, you can take timely measures to adjust the environment or material handling methods, thereby greatly improving the stability and reliability of printing and meeting high-standard production requirements.

Dedicated position for desiccant

Two slots are carefully designed in the corners to place desiccants, effectively extending the drying state of the filament. This design, combined with sealed protection, is fully dust-proof and moisture-proof, ensuring that the internal environment is clean and free of impurities, further improving the storage quality of materials and providing more reliable protection for printing.

45W PTC Heater

Compared with ordinary 48W PI heating pads, our products use advanced 45W PTC heaters, which have higher durability and energy efficiency, and are more environmentally friendly. This design not only ensures that the filament dries more evenly during the heating process, but also effectively reduces energy consumption, providing a more sustainable choice. In addition, the built-in fan can efficiently circulate the hot air in the drying box to ensure even heat distribution, thereby further improving the moisture removal effect of the drying system. This comprehensive design keeps the material in the best condition during storage, helps to improve printing quality and stability, and meets users' dual needs for efficiency and environmental protection.

Wide compatibility

Suitable for 3D printing filaments of various types and specifications, fully compatible with filaments with diameters of 1.75 mm, 2.85 mm and 3.00 mm, meeting different printing needs and ensuring efficient and stable printing performance.
